A beautiful sunset reflecting off of Golden Ponds with a goose. Originally opening in 1990, the Golden Ponds Park and Nature Area was donated by Vermon Golden with the intent of providing an area for Longmont residents to fish, walk and interact with nature. The 94-acre park features four ponds, 2.6 miles of paved trails, a handicapped-accessible fishing pier, public restroom facilities and nine picnic shelters.
