A close-up of colorful garden roma tomatoes in different stages of ripeness. Being Italian Roma tomatoes are my most favorite. Roma is a plum tomato popularly used both for canning and producing tomato paste because of their slender and firm nature. We use them in a lot of Italian dishes and even Art for the walls.
