When you drive on the back rocky mountain pass dirt roads the scenery is always changing. Lots of beautiful colorful autumn fall foliage white bark aspen trees line the roads. As you ascend in elevation the aspen trees disappear and it is mostly pine trees. The most exciting part of the road is going over the pass, on the very high ones you are above timber line making for great views.
