This gallery holds a particular set of 8 archetypal images which capture, from the artist’s perspective, an understanding of universal truth as it pertains to the eternal essence inherent in all sentient beings. Archetypes are symbolic representations of the unity of our experience -- deeper than our personalities, deeper than differing cultural perspectives, deeper than gender distinctions, deeper than generational differences. Archetypes symbolically capture the underlying templates of our human and sentient form that point toward unity, purpose, fulfilment, and the common thread of the evolution of consciousness. The eight archetypes here presented represent 7 consistent vessels, or forms, through which each individual expresses and has the opportunity to create a unique persona. The 8th form is experienced consistently by all individuals while resting and re-evaluating between lives. Many incarnations are necessary for us to experience and master all aspects of what it means to be a human being.
